How the ballot will read on August 4, 2020

In order to create and improve a healthy and safe environment for students, shall the Board of Education of Tipton R-VI School District issue general obligation bonds in the amount of four million dollars ($4,000,000) for the purpose of erecting, repairing, building additions to, and furnishing and equipping school buildings, including, but not limited to (1) replacing or repairing heating and air conditioning equipment and related parts, (2) replacing or repairing electrical components and wiring, and (3) improving safety and security technology and infrastructure?  If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy is estimated to remain unchanged from the current 108 cents ($1.08) per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.
